The thesis under the work

Knowledge stopped
being scarce.

The age of knowledge did not fail. It completed itself. A person with a good question and a tool now gets in minutes where years and an institution's permission used to be required. What became scarce is something else: understanding what is in front of you, and knowing what to ask.

01 Why this matters here

I work with five forces: artificial intelligence, quantum computing, robotics, health evolution, energy and climate. That is what is happening. It can be measured and dated.

This thesis is the frame for deciding what to do with it. Without the frame, more information is more confusion. The executives who sit with me have a desk full of decisions and instruments calibrated for the previous world. They read the same reports everyone reads and walk into the meeting without knowing which of those signals changes their business.

Understanding is what turns information into judgment. It is built by using it. It cannot be bought or credentialed.

02 The proof

In 2025 I started a regenerative farm in Uruguay, from scratch, with no background in agriculture. Paula drove it. I used AI as a tool for every decision: which species to plant, how to recover soil degraded by eucalyptus. The farm produces and donates food to Uruguay's food bank.

Miguel works with me there. Fifty years old, a lifetime with his hands in the soil. He watched me do an electrical install with AI guiding me through the camera, and he asked where all of this was going to take us. That was the right question.

The filter

How does this serve life?

¿Cómo esto sirve a la vida?

Every decision goes through that question before it goes through ROI. Mine, and the ones on the desk of every leader who sits with me.

Most of the people I talk to have access to everything and decide blind.
